Section 01

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published on the vip3k platform:

• "vip3k", "we", "us", "our" refers to the vip3k platform, accessible at https://vip3k.io, and the legal entity operating it.
• "Platform" refers to the vip3k website, all associated sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, game environments, sportsbook, live casino, account management system, and payment processing interfaces accessible via https://vip3k.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the vip3k Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the vip3k Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free-bet awards, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by vip3k in connection with any promotion or offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any action described in Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.
• "Local Payment Methods" refers to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services available to registered users in Bangladesh.

Section 02

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vip3k Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and vip3k.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the vip3k Platform and close your Account if one has been opened.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the vip3k Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the full legal agreement between you and vip3k.

Section 03

Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the vip3k Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. vip3k enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their Account suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and all transactions reversed where technically possible.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal entities may not register Accounts on the vip3k Platform.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
4. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that specifically prohibits access to online gambling platforms of this nature. vip3k serves the Bangladesh market and does not actively solicit players from other jurisdictions.
5. You must not be self-excluded from the vip3k Platform or any other gambling platform in connection with a responsible gaming measure currently in effect.

vip3k reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Section 04

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the vip3k Platform. Opening multiple Accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all related balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. vip3k is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information held in your Account profile.

Registration requires a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for identity verification, two-factor authentication via SMS OTP, and communication of security alerts. The mobile number provided at registration must be the same number linked to any Local Payment Method used for deposits and withdrawals.

Section 05

Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your vip3k Account credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. All activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have reported an unauthorised access incident to [email protected] without undue delay.

vip3k will never contact you by any means to request your password, PIN, or full SMS OTP codes. Any communication purporting to be from vip3k and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify vip3k immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. vip3k will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.

All vip3k sessions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Two-factor SMS OTP authentication is available to all Account holders and is strongly recommended. Enabling two-factor authentication provides an additional layer of protection and reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Section 06

Deposits

All deposits to your vip3k Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. International payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) may be accepted subject to availability. Cryptocurrency and third-party e-wallets not listed here are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your Account within seconds of a confirmed transaction. In rare cases involving payment network delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes. Contact support if your deposit has not been credited after 60 minutes.
• vip3k does not charge platform fees on deposits. Your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which vip3k bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. vip3k reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
• vip3k reserves the right to set individual deposit limits and maximum cumulative deposit thresholds for any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in connection with responsible gaming or fraud prevention measures.

Section 07

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your vip3k Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit ("reverse withdrawal" policy). vip3k does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used to fund the Account.
• For fully verified Accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within five minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• vip3k conducts identity and account verification checks before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. You may be required to submit government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method documentation.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement having been met in full prior to any withdrawal request being submitted.
• vip3k reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing in cases where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or unresolved identity verification issues are under active investigation.
• vip3k does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment service provider's standard charges may apply.

Section 08

Bonuses & Promotions

vip3k offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply to all vip3k promotions unless otherwise stated include:

1. Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are indicated as such in your Account dashboard. Real-money Balance is used and withdrawn before Bonus Funds.
2. Each promotion is available to each eligible Account once only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same promotion multiple times via multiple Accounts constitutes Prohibited Activity.
3. Wagering Requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited at the end of the promotion period.
4. vip3k reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and suspend Account access if there is evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy that circumvents the standard gameplay intent of a promotion.
5. vip3k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be notified of material changes to its terms.

Section 09

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the vip3k Platform:

• All bets and wagers placed on the vip3k Platform are final once confirmed. Players cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where specific in-play editing features are provided and explicitly enabled.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed failure affecting a game or betting market, vip3k reserves the right to void affected bets and return all staked amounts to the relevant Accounts. No compensation for lost wagering opportunity will be provided in such circumstances.
• All casino games available on the vip3k Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, and others).
• Sports betting odds are set by vip3k and may be updated at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable at the exact moment a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and there is no guarantee that odds viewed will remain available when a bet is submitted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each game or market view and are subject to change at vip3k's discretion.
• vip3k reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable to any single Account from any single event, session, or game type. Such limits will be communicated on the relevant game or market page where applicable.

Section 10

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip3k Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Multi-accounting: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one vip3k Account, whether directly or through a third party.
2. Fraudulent Deposits: Funding an Account using payment methods that do not belong to the Account holder, stolen payment credentials, or funds obtained through illegal means.
3. Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a financial institution after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.
4. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, collusion between Accounts, or any other strategy that circumvents the intended purpose of a promotion.
5. Collusion: Cooperating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting.
6. Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without genuine human involvement.
7. Money Laundering: Using the vip3k Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or converting illegally obtained funds into seemingly legitimate winnings.
8. Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21.
9. Impersonation: Creating an Account using another person's identity, personal details, or payment methods without their explicit authorisation.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content available on the vip3k Platform — including but not limited to the vip3k brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of vip3k or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vip3k Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of vip3k.

Game content (including titles, graphics, soundtracks, and paytable designs) is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to vip3k for display on the Platform. Any unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant studio.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip3k's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip3k Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip3k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or Account information
• Business interruption or reputational harm
• Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions
• Delays in payment processing attributable to Local Payment Method providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)

vip3k does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency system updates, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary Platform unavailability. vip3k will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance.

Section 13

Privacy & Data Protection

vip3k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vip3k will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) strictly to the extent necessary to process your transactions, and with identity verification service providers as required to fulfil our verification obligations.

All personal data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Data retention periods are described in full in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by vip3k, subject to the limitations described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Section 14

Responsible Gaming

vip3k is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players in Bangladesh seriously. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only. Gambling is not a reliable source of income and should never be treated as such.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 180 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the vip3k Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.

Section 15

Suspension & Termination

vip3k reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as described in Section 10
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a required timeframe
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive Account policy applies — see below)

In the event of Account closure by either party, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within 10 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any applicable inactive Account administration fee.

Inactive Account Policy: An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a consecutive period of 12 months is classified as inactive. vip3k will notify the Account holder by email prior to applying an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per calendar month. The Account holder may reactivate the Account and cease fee application at any time by logging in.

Section 16

Amendments to These Terms

vip3k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the vip3k Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

The version date displayed at the top of this document and in the page header indicates when this document was most recently revised. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available on request by contacting [email protected].

Section 17

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which vip3k operates. Specific jurisdictional details are available upon request by contacting [email protected].

In the event of a dispute between you and vip3k, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Disputes should be submitted in writing to support@v ip3k.io with a clear description of the nature of the dispute, the relief sought, and any supporting evidence. vip3k will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 calendar days of the initial submission, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction. vip3k does not participate in any alternative dispute resolution scheme operated by third-party consumer bodies unless required to do so by applicable law.
